VADS SECURES OFFSHORE CONTACT CENTRE PROJECT

Kuala Lumpur,September 5, 2007 – VADS Berhad, a leading Malaysian Managed ICTServices provider, today announced that it has secured a new offshore projectfor contact centre services from Singapore’s leading mobilecommunications operator, MobileOne Ltd (M1).

Under this five-year contract for upto 200 seats, VADS will provide M1 with managed contact centre andservices. The managed contact centre services will involve fully managedfacility and technology services.

VADS will also provide MI with contactcentre personnel for their customer care operations. Mr Dennis Koh, VADS Berhad’sChief Executive Officer, in a statement said, “This project is anendorsement of our comprehensive managed contact centre services and technology infrastructure that are critical factors in operating an offshore call centrefacility.

Our key focus will be to ensure better service experience for theircustomers calling in.” Koh said that securing the M1project was testimony of Malaysia’scompetence and capability as a prominent contact centre destination.

With this partnership in place, VADS will provide the commercial and technicalflexibility to allow M1 to focus on their core business and changing businessneeds. The services will also further provide M1 the assurance of excellentquality and reliability of both IT and telecommunication infrastructure.
