DiGi Prepaid I Like leads in best value and simplicity

Customers given flexibility to choose relevant benefits with lowest flatrate

SHAH ALAM, 25 September 2008: The innovative leader of prepaid mobileservices, DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd ("DiGi"), has once again raisedthe bar in the local prepaid market with the launch of a new plan. Buildingon the success of 1 Low Flat Rate, the new DiGi Prepaid I Like(tm) planreemphasises best value and simplicity by introducing the lowest flat ratein the local prepaid market without any restrictions.

Elaborating on the new plan, Tom Schnitker, Chief Commercial Officer of DiGisaid: "We are addressing customer's needs with a true low flat rate of 36sen/minute for voice calls and 10 sen per SMS to anyone on any network, atanytime to anywhere in the country."

Currently, prepaid customers on all networks are subjected to a number ofterms and conditions before they get to enjoy a low flat rate. "It is reallysimple with DiGi Prepaid I Like(tm) - what you see is what you get."

"In addition, as the prepaid market matures, DiGi can no longer regardprepaid users as one mass market as they are now demanding choices that arerelevant to their needs. Hence, this new plan also gives customers valueoptions that focus on addressing customers' usage patterns, according themthe flexibility to opt for benefits where it really matters," Schnitkerexplains.

DiGi Prepaid I Like(tm) has three new value options available for free:

1) Super SMSThis is the first of its kind to be introduced locally. Customers need onlyuse a maximum of 50 sen worth of SMS per day for unlimited on net SMS.

2) Super FnFWith Super FnF, customers can now keep in touch with 15 of their loved oneson any network at 15sen/minute.

3) Super TalkThis option identifies the need of high users, a first of its kind in thelocal prepaid market. For customers who choose this option, they will get adiscount feature for voice calls once they reached RM100 and free unlimitedon net calls and SMS for usage of more than RM200.

DiGi customers, who are allowed one value at a time, have the option tochange their feature once a month at no cost.

In addition, DiGi Prepaid I Like(tm) Plan gives customers the flexibility toextend their validity for one year at only RM30 by choosing DiGi's SuperLong Life feature. Again this is without any terms or conditions.
