Double-Take® Software Strengthens Its Market Position for Singapore and Malaysia through Avnet

Malaysia, 4 November 2008 - Double-Take® Software (Nasdaq: DBTK) today announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Avnet Technology Solutions in Singapore and Malaysia. Avnet Technology Solutions, an operating group of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), will provide Double-Take® data replication software to its value-added reseller (VAR) partner community. Double-Take Software complements offerings in Avnet's portfolio from Citrix, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Sun Microsystems and VMware.
