ACER-INTEL 1st JOINT CONCEPT STORE OPENS TO PUBLIC

Technology wonderland set to enthral tech enthusiasts, public

KUALA LUMPUR, 18th February 2009 - Acer and Intel, two major names in consumer technology, today launched their pioneer joint concept store in Malaysia, called the ‘Acer - Intel Concept Store’.

Dubbed the technology wonderland, the 1,108 square feet centre located in Mid Valley Megamall features a cohesive blend of technology tools from both Acer and Intel that have the ability to unify, simplify and power every facet of a consumer’s lifestyle.

"With an upward trend in technology based living which encompasses social networking, finance management, retail activities and even knowledge development, the need for apt tools to carry out these activities is essential,” said Ricky Tan, General Manager, Acer Sales and Services Sdn Bhd.

Acer and Intel who have always been in the forefront of providing such products and services are now packaging the best of its partnership through this concept store. Featuring the latest range of gadgets from notebooks, netbooks, gaming PCs, digital media centers, projectors and other computer peripherals, the centre will be a technology wonderland for both new and old enthusiasts.
