DiGi為2007亞太區最佳無線服務供應商

DiGi Awarded 2007 Wireless Service Provider of the Year

Singapore, June 15, 2007: DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd ("DiGi") scored a hattrick when it was named the 2007 Wireless Service Provider of the Year in Asia-Pacific by Frost & Sullivan.

This is the third consecutive award for DiGi this year from Frost and Sullivan, having been recognised as Malaysia's Mobile Service Provider of the Year and Mobile Data Service Provider of the Year last month.

"DiGi has gone from being known as the smallest of three mobile telcos in Malaysia to the fastest growing, and best performing in the region. To be in the same league as notable giants in Asia Pacific is both humbling and inspiring, and a testament to Malaysia's spirit of innovation," said Tunku Alizakri Alias, DiGi Director of Strategy & Corporate Affairs on receiving the award at the 2007 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT Awards Gala Nite here tonight.

"The award speaks volumes of our people's tenacity and spirit to beat the odds. It's because of intense competition that we strive to differentiate ourselves in providing the most relevant and exciting services. In turn, our customers clearly identify with our core values of innovation, simplicity and best value."

"To be recognised at this level is an endorsement that we're on the right track, and will undoubtedly fuel our passion to do things in a daring, different and dynamic way."
