New Samsung Customer Service Plaza in Petaling Jaya


KUALA LUMPUR, 27 June 2007 – A bigger and more conducive service environment awaits Samsung customers in Klang Valley at the new Samsung Customer Service Plaza at Jalan 51A/219 in Petaling Jaya.

With an impressive area of 16,680 sq. ft., the ultra-modern service is twice the size of the previous Customer Service Plaza at Section 19.

Customers can visit the state-of-the-art service centre from 9am to 6pm (Monday to Fridays) and 9am to 1pm (Saturdays).

Located parallel to the Federal Highway, the two-level Samsung Customer Service Plaza provides a one-stop product solution convenience for quick repairs, a spacious and cozy lounge, and a mini showroom, showcasing Samsung’s latest range of products.

The new service centre reinforces Samsung’s commitment to its valued customers with a new level of customer care service which exceeds all expectations.

Besides a bigger customer service centre, Samsung customers can expect prompt, personalised service and attention – speed, sure and smile – at the Petaling Jaya service centre along with the other Samsung Customer Service Plazas in Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuantan, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu, and over 30 authorised service centres in Malaysia.

Samsung’s extensive after-sales support also includes Samsung Toll-free Careline – 1 800 88 9999 – which operates at 9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays) and 9am to 1pm (Saturdays).
