Highpoint Service Network Opens New Service Centre in Klang Valley

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, 22 August 2007 – Highpoint Service Network Sdn Bhd, a local IT services company, has announced the opening of its latest service centre in Berjaya Times Square. Fully managed by a team of technical experts, the service outlet will provide comprehensive technical support and speedy repair services for desktops, notebooks as well as various brands of computer and computer peripherals in the market.

As the authorised service provider (ASP) for all Acer’s IT products, Highpoint’s new service centre now offers fast and easy accessibility for customers within Klang Valley area to send their faulty machines for repair. The company supports all computer users, from corporate clients, small-office/home-office (SOHO), to home users.

“Equipped with modern service counters, our new centre provides a full range of IT services to effectively cater to walk-in customers,” said Gerard Ho, General Manager of Highpoint Service Network.

“We understand that when our customers’ machines are not working, it is an inconvenience to them. Customers can therefore send in their faulty machines personally to one of Highpoint’s 16 service centres for an over-the-counter check and repair.”

“This service is performed in front of the customer who can then explain the problems encountered directly to the service engineers. In most cases, customers are able to have their machines repaired within the same day,” he added further.
To date, Highpoint has a network of 16 other service branches strategically located throughout Malaysia.

Highpoint Network Services had previously introduced its Home Repair Service and Pick-up & Return Service, but discovered that a majority of the customers still prefer to send their IT products to a service outlet. Its new service centre is located at Lot.09-19, Berjaya Times Square. It is open daily from 10am to 10pm.
