Effective Measure secures alliance with leading MEA digital publishing network Adintop


Middle East & Africa’s leading network bolsters measurement solutions 

DUBAI, 4 December 2012 – Effective Measure, the leading provider of digital audience profiling and measurement in emerging markets, has secured an alliance with digital media network Adintop.

Under the agreement, Adintop will use Effective Measure’s rich data insights and consumer and campaign profiling solutions to bolster and supplement their own offerings to market.
