Inaugural public bazaar with up to 70% discounts from over 50 merchants

DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd ("DiGi") has successfully held their inaugural public bazaar at its head office D'House in Shah Alam on 2 and 3 February 2013.

Over 5,000 people came to the DiGi LoL Festival to enjoy up to 70% discounts on products and services offered by over 50 merchant partners, as well as entertainment by popular local artistes like Asmidar, Aliff Aziz, Klangit, Awi Rafael, Wanna Ali, SOG and Indonesian songstress, Shae.

Open from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm, the two-day festival also provided additional discounts on top of the promotional prices during the Happy Hour between 2.00 - 3.00 pm daily. DiGi customers enjoyed the exclusive opportunity to participate in the Lucky Draw sessions held throughout the festival with prizes worth up to RM100,000 in total, which included mobile phones, DVD players and coffee machines.

D'House, which received the Most Disabled-friendly Office Complex Award from the Ministry of Women, Family & Community Development in 2007, was open to scheduled office tours on a first come, first served basis. The visitors were also entertained by a Lion Dance performance while the God of Prosperity did a walkabout to help usher in the Chinese New Year.

BonusLink Members received on-the-spot redemption, signed up for new membership, and received special welcome points when they signed up for selected DiGi packages during the festival. They also took home up to 1 million Free BonusLink Points from the Spin & Win Game.

"Judging from the positive public response and feedback, we're very pleased to have opened D'House to the public for this festival. Visitors had the opportunity to get to know DiGi a little bit better from our office tours as well as participate in the Meet & Greet sessions with the performing artistes. We hope to have more public outreach activities such as this in the future. On behalf of DiGi, I would like to thank our merchant partners for their participation and support in our first ever public bazaar," said Justin Cheah, Head of Loyalty, Rewards & Partnership at DiGi.
