Sleek and compact camera sees introduction of AutoShare function

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – March 13, 2013 – Samsung has brought its range of SMART Cameras to the next level, by injecting its new SMART Camera 2.0 technology into the DV150F, the successor of the brand’s highly-lauded dual view camera, the DV300F. The incorporation of the SMART Camera 2.0 technology enables users to enjoy an even more seamless Wi-Fi connectivity, thanks to the AutoShare feature.

The AutoShare feature advocates the concept of a connected world. Samsung brings this experience up a notch by allowing users to capture photographs on a camera, which will be sent and saved straight to a smartphone via a Wi-Fi connection. The function is built for busy lifestyles and will automatically become the default setting once set up, allowing back-up and sharing of instant memories to be stored, making lost photographs a story of the past.

In line with its “One Click, Simplify” idea, Samsung introduces a stand-alone Direct Link hot key, which activates Wi-Fi connectivity instantly at the touch of a button. This allows connected devices to seamlessly connect so that images can be shared flawlessly in one motion through the striking interface. Designed with smartphone users in mind, this interface combines touch-type and big screen functionality, creating faster editing and uploading to other devices and social media sites.
