“As we’ve shared before, participating, and winning of course, in industry-wide recognised awards will not only increase the market’s confidence and trust in our products, but also further cement our position as a leader in research, development and innovation. Kudos goes to the innovative team at TM R&D who toiled tirelessly in making this a reality. We hope it will give them the boost to explore more innovations for TM to realise its aspiration of delivering enhanced and integrated digital lifestyle to Malaysians,” added Dr. Gopi.

Organised by the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) and the National ICT Association of Malaysia (PIKOM), the MSC Malaysia-APICTA Awards serves as a platform for the benchmarking of Malaysian ICT products and services and to recognise outstanding achievements of individuals and companies in the fraternity. The awards are also hoping to stimulate creativity, innovation and excellence among companies and technopreneurs within the Malaysian ICT industry.

The APICTA winners and merit recipients were selected by a panel of judges consisting of local industry experts and ICT thought leaders.

Winners of the MSC Malaysia APICTA awards will go on to represent Malaysia at this year’s International APICTA Award which will be held in Hong Kong on 24 November 2013.
