KUALA LUMPUR — 23 January 2014 — Logitech is bringing Malaysians the power of flowers in conjunction with Valentine’s Day this year, with the launch of the Logitech Flower Power contest, happening from 28 January until 9 February 2014.
Designed to help foster and share happiness with a Flower Power theme amongst family, friends and acquaintances, the campaign aims to get Facebook users to post a Flower Power bouquet on their Facebook wall and collect more flowers by getting their Facebook friends to like their post and share it. Three participants that collect the most flowers will stand a chance of winning local trips, exciting Logitech devices and a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a recipient of their choice on 14 February 2014.
Participating is a breeze. Just visit Logitech’s Facebook page and click on the Flower Power tab to register. Registered participants will get a unique link, which will be shared on their Facebook wall to spread the message to encourage all their Facebook friends to visit their customised profile page to add more flowers to the bouquet. The more friends you get to help you out the bigger your bouquet.
Participants with the most flowers will see themselves on Logitech’s Leader Board on their Facebook page, which will display the names of 30 participants who have collected the most flowers in their bouquet at any point during the contest, allowing participants to track their rivals’ progress. The top three participants with the most number of flowers will win the challenge.
The participant with largest collection of virtual flowers will receive the First Prize of a 2-day 1-night stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Penang for 2, a Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad Air and a bouquet of flowers delivered to a recipient of the winner’s choice, worth up to RM1,100 in total, while the Second Prize comprises a 2-day 1-night stay at Avillion Admiral Cove, Port Dickson for 2, a Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover for iPad Air and a bouquet of flowers delivered to a recipient of the winner’s choice, worth RM890.00 in total and the Third Prize consists of a 2-day 1-night stay at Equatorial Hotel, Melaka for 2, a Logitech Folio Protective Case iPad Air and a bouquet of flowers delivered to a recipient of the winner’s choice, worth RM750.00 in total.
The names of the 3 winners will be officially announced on 10 February 2014 on Logitech’s Facebook page, and they will also be contacted by the organisers on 10 February 2014.
