Getronics Achieves Cisco Cloud and Managed Services Advanced Certification

MALAYSIA, Kuala Lumpur, 4 April 2014 - Getronics announced today that it has achieved the Cisco®Cloud and Managed Services Advanced Certification. This certification recognises Getronics as having the capabilities to sell and deliver cloud and managed services to help accelerate time to market and time to revenue.

The certification also rewards partners for their expertise and investments in creating, selling and delivering cloud and managed services with financial incentives and go-to-market benefits in all countries of legal presence.

The Cisco Cloud and Managed Services Advanced Certification is part of the Cisco Cloud and Managed Services Program, focused on helping partners such as Getronics to envision, build, market, and sell cloud and managed services with business acceleration tools and services, sales training and the Cisco Cloud Marketplace to address the varied needs of its customers. For existing Getronics’ customers such as Alpha LSG, the accredited Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform delivers a reduction in IT complexity, faster deployment of new products and services and reduced license spend. As a Cisco Cloud and Managed Services Advanced Certified Partner, Getronics  will offer at least one Cisco Powered service (either a managed or a cloud service with the Cisco Powered services designation), built on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, and provide basic management capabilities that support Cisco technologies.

In addition, Getronics has achieved Cisco Powered services designations in Cisco Powered Cloud (IaaS).
