Samsung Famemas gears up to cheer Malaysian national football team at AFC Asian Cup 2007

Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA, 19 June 2007 – Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd and Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) today announced that the Samsung Famemas supporter group will proudly fly the Malaysian flag and lead thousands of football fans across the country in cheering the Malaysian national team forward at the AFC Asian Cup 2007.

This launch celebrating Samsung’s sponsorship of the AFC Asian Cup 2007™ was graced by KDYTM Tengku Mahkota Pahang, Tengku Abdullah Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah - Deputy President of FAM and Chairman of Local Organising Council of the AFC Asian Cup 2007Ô.

These passionate football fans will be provided with match tickets and cheering accessories to root for the national team during each home match. Football fans can also join the Samsung family of supporters by purchasing Samsung mobile phones at participating outlets.

Online Activities with Samsung Fun Club
