New Ask F5SM Portal Enhances Worldwide Customer Support and End-User Experience KUALA LUMPUR, OCTOBER 9, 2007 – F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV), the global leader in Application Delivery Networking, today announced an updated version of its Ask F5SM portal to help customers and partners find answers to their product and support questions quickly and efficiently. Launched in 2000, Ask F5 continues to be a powerful portal for customers and partners to access helpful information about F5’s products.
Inspired by F5’s commitment to improve its customers’ experience and overall satisfaction, the Ask F5 Customer Support team leveraged users’ top site-enhancement requests as the primary drivers for the project. In addition to its own exhaustive testing, F5 also conducted a beta release of the site for its worldwide user base a month prior to the site’s formal launch.
