HAI Announces Automation Simplified Trainings in Southeast Asia

July 29, 2008. New Orleans, LA - HAI (Home Automation, Inc.), a leading manufacturer ofintegrated automation and security products since 1985, has announced"Automation Simplified" classes will be taught, for the first time, in threeSoutheast Asian cities: Singapore, Hong Kong, and Bangkok.The "Automation Simplified" classes are FREE one day trainings designed as acomprehensive beginner course.

The course covers such topics as security,lighting, temperature, audio, and video, and includes a segment regardingHAI's connectivity partnership with the Philips Pronto remotes.The classes will be conducted from 9am - 5pm, include lunch, and areeligible for 2 CEDIA CEU credits.

Thomas Pickral, Jr, HAI's Director ofInternational Sales will conduct the trainings. Thomas has over 15 yearswork experience in the home automation field and is a member of many notableprofessional organizations, including the Consumer Electronic Association(CEA) where he sits on the TechHome Division's Mark of Excellence Awardscommittee, the Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA) where hesits on the Connected Home Council, Security Industry Association (SIA),National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA), and CEDIA.
