Games Convention Asia 2008 goes global with top media partners from Asia-Pacific Region, Europe and North America

LEIPZIG, GERMANY & SINGAPORE, 15 September 2008 – Leipziger Messe International (LMI) Asia announced today the complete list of media partners and supporting media for Games Convention Asia (GCA) 2008 from Asia Pacific region, Europe and North America. Games Convention Asia is taking place on 18-20 September 2008 at the Suntec Singapore International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

The list of media that have come onboard for GCA 2008 includes some of the world’s most influential media organizations and game industry specialists. The media partnerships will see extensive media coverage internationally where GCA provides a platform for companies at the convention to reach out to a global market.

As the official media partner of GCA 2008, GameAxis will publish "GCA Daily", a free distribution magazine that will be printed on all 3 days of the show from September 18 to 20, 2008. The show daily will be distributed to all business visitors at GCA and the GCAC and will provide interviews, news updates as well as coverage on the exhibition and show floor.

Phil Elliot, editor for GCA’s international media partner GamesIndustry.biz, will also be contributing editor for “GCA Daily” providing interviews on speakers and special articles. Additionally, GamesIndustry.biz Network will partner with the event to welcome GC Asia Conference attendees into its games industry, business-only networking community.
