Awards were given under five categories and recognized both individuals and teams for their outstanding achievements in people management. The nominees were judged by MIHRM, selected HR professionals and a panel of CEOs from various companies in Malaysia. Among the criteria considered were evidence of significant HR practices, continuous learning and development initiatives, and application of technology that contribute to the achievement of company KPIs and growth.
