GOOGLE SELECTS CBSA ONLINE AS GOOGLE ADWORDS PREMIER SME PARTNER IN MALAYSIA


Kuala Lumpur,  5 October 2012 --- CBSA Online Sdn Bhd, a unit of CBSA Berhad, has inked an agreement with Google Ireland Limited (“Google”)  to be the Google AdWords Premier SME Partner (“Google AdWords”) for Malaysia effective 1 October 2012.

AdWords is a Google advertising product that allows advertisers to display their ad at the precise moment potential customers are searching for their products or services. AdWords ads are shown as “Sponsored Links” along search results on Google, as well as on hundreds of thousands of partner sites in the growing Google Network. Ads can be geographically targeted and the client’s budget is spent only when someone clicks on their ad. Google’s advertising network reaches over 86% of Internet users worldwide and can help connect potential customers to your business.

Google AdWords Premier SMB Partners are a small group of companies dedicated to helping businesses maximise the performance of their AdWords campaign, to help them achieve the highest levels of performance. All Google AdWords Premier SMB Partners provide professional, full-service AdWords account management, from account setup to ongoing campaign optimization, and quality customer support.

According to Mr Song Hock Koon, Chief Executive Officer, CBSA Online Sdn Bhd, with the partnership, CBSA Online is now well-positioned to offer small and medium-sized businesses expert help in managing their online advertising campaigns.

Google AdWords is the second agreement between the two companies.  In June last year (2011), CBSA Online entered into a five-year content license agreement with Google
to provide business listings for Google Maps in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.
