TM loyalty programme achieves its millionth membership …
Telekom Malaysia Berhad’s (TM) customer loyalty programme – TM Rewards – membership base recently hit the 1,000,000 mark since its launch in June 2011. Introduced to recognise and reward TM’s loyal customers with great offers and privileges, members are rewarded with points every time they pay for their monthly TM bills, which indirectly encourages prompt bill payment.
TM Rewards members comprise loyal customers, encompassing subscribers of TM’s various services – UniFi, Streamyx and Fixed Line customers and of course Business customers. From the million figure, residential customers make up the big chunk of the membership with more than 816,000 members!
“The ultimate goal is to build an enriching and long-term relationship with our loyal subscribers via this loyalty programme which will allow us to know our customers and their requirements better. This will enable us to come out with exciting bundles and packages in the future to fulfill their needs while at the same time continue rewarding and appreciating them,” added Dato’ Rozalila.

To redeem the points, customers just need to log on to TM Rewards portal, click “Use My Rewards Points” and choose the item that they wish to redeem for. Alternatively, customers can also visit any TMpoint outlets or call 1800 88 8887. If they choose to redeem for bill rebates, it will be reflected automatically in the customer’s next bill as a credit adjustment. The minimum bill rebates that can be redeemed are RM5 which is equivalent to 500 points for Residential customers and RM15 which is equivalent to 1500 points for Business customers.

Each month, an electronic direct mailer (eDM) from TM Rewards will be sent to the members’ updated email address on attractive offers and promotions for that particular month such as discounts on F&B, theme park entrance, furniture, electrical and electronic items from participating merchants.
