A ‘NOTE’-WORTHY WIN BY U MOBILE TRIVIA KINGS

Kuala Lumpur, 16 November, 2012 – Tan Khai Boon thought all hope had gone when he did not receive any news on the ‘UMI Got More Trivia’ online contest he participated a couple of months ago. However, when he received a call from U Mobile, informing him of his win, he was utterly euphoric.

The young lad from Penang, together with Esther Khoo, who also hails from the Pearl of the Orient, were named the winners of U Mobile’s ‘UMI Got More Trivia’ Facebook Contest after defeating hundreds of participants to emerge as the top scorers of the contest. Both winners bagged a brand new Samsung GALAXY Note for their enthusiasm and participation in the contest.

“I was trying my best to contain my excitement when I receive the call from U Mobile. For a while, I couldn’t believe I have actually won the contest as I did not receive any news. I am so glad I have switched to U Mobile and took time to join the contest. It really paid off,” said Tan who subscribed to U Mobile’s Unlimited Mobile Internet (UMI) prepaid plan in March this year. He also expressed his satisfaction over the high data speeds he is experiencing with the telco in Penang.

Equally ecstatic was Khoo, who started subscribing to UMI’s service in June this year and expressed that the plan has everything she needs all in one package.
