MAXIS POSTPAID PLAN THAT ENABLES CUSTOMERS TO TALK AND TEXT MORE FOR LESS

Kuala Lumpur, 4 October 2012. Malaysia's leading integrated communications service provider, Maxis Berhad (Maxis), has introduced TalkMore and TextMore, its brand new postpaid voice and text plans that allow customers to reduce their bills the more they talk or text. The plans come with bundled minutes and SMS, and an automatic bill trigger capability which reduces call rates by 50%.

TalkMore and TextMore is available in three packages from which customers can choose depending on their usage. For example, under the TalkMore28 plan, the customer commits to just RM28 a month and will get 200 minutes of talk time and 100 SMS, before pay-per-use rates apply. Upon reaching RM75 in their current bill, on-net call and SMS rates will automatically reduce from 12 sen to 6 sen.

Additionally, customers who sign up for Maxis’ new TalkMore plans can enjoy fantastic smartphone deals on selected models of top device brands. Customers just need to subscribe to a Maxis monthly data plan.

Customers also have the option of adding mobile internet packages of 100MB to 3GB to their postpaid plans from just RM18 a month. This range of enhanced postpaid internet services is supported by the country’s widest and most advance network coverage. With Maxis’ HSPA+ enabled network, customers will be able to enjoy surfing speeds of up to 42Mbps.

New and existing customers can sign up for these plans at any Maxis Centre or Maxis Exclusive Partner (MEP) by filling up a simple registration form.
