FalconStor Launches Service Partner Program in APAC


New Program Expands FalconStor Professional Services, Creates Business Opportunity for Partners

Kuala Lumpur, 7 May 2013 — FalconStor Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: FALC), a market leader in disk-based data protection, today launched its new Service Partner Program throughout the Asia Pacific region. Through training and authorization, the program identifies participating partners as preferred providers of FalconStor-specific professional services. Customers will have greater access to quality service, improving customer satisfaction and increasing partner revenue.

Beyond these core benefits, the program broadens FalconStor’s reach into new markets by growing a larger and more capable channel network that can deliver more solutions and services to new customers.”

The Service Partner Program will employ two categories of service providers: FalconStor Professional Services Partners, tier-one channel partners who can sell and deliver professional services to their own customer base, and FalconStor Authorized Services Partners, independent service partners who act as an extension of FalconStor to provide professional services to customers and tier-two partners who don’t have services capability.

Partners participating in the new program will have received training and certification for FalconStor’s solutions and will have access to FalconStor’s service resources and tools. FalconStor will promote certified service partners as providers of reliable, high-quality professional services; and partners will benefit from periodic technical training and pre-release product information sessions.
