Organizations looking to increase operational efficiency while gaining flexibility in managing incentive compensation and sales performance can tap in to IBM’s Incentive Compensation Management solution to plan, manage and measure sales performance.   Combined with Big Data and Analytics, IBM's performance management solutions help customers outperform by seeing, predicting, and shaping business outcomes across finance, operations, customer relations and now sales organizations.

According to Hong Kok Cheong, General Manager of Software Group at IBM Malaysia, “Most companies today still use a combination of spreadsheets and manual processes, which are not capable of handling the complexities of modern sales incentive compensation programs. We will deliver a comprehensive and smarter sales performance management solution to our clients here in this region, with OpenSymmetry’s support”.

Steven Yong, CEO of Accelteam Sdn Bhd said, “We are delighted to be able to partner with OpenSymmetry to give our clients the best combination of technology, strategy and implementation services to maximize return on their sales performance investments. Combining the expertise of our three organizations demonstrates our commitment to enable our clients here to enhance their end-to-end performance management”.

The collaboration will enable OpenSymmetry, IBM and Accelteam to help clients transform static transactional data into dynamic visualization reporting to achieve higher levels of performance and predictability, pinpoint new revenue generating opportunities, and allow for faster problem solving.

Earlier today, OpenSymmetry organized a seminar designed to help senior sales and finance management learn how to better leverage incentive compensation management solutions to guide SPM strategies in the most profitable direction.

SPM is currently used by pharmaceutical, telecommunications, retail, insurance and banking industries. Telstra, Covidien, BMW and Hertz are among the clients in this region.
