Celebrate the Year of the Horse with Spotify

As we welcome the Chinese Year of the Horse on 31 January, Spotify celebrates by picking the best equine-inspired tracks to bring in the New Year

28 January 2014. Today, Spotify presents a themed playlist packed with horse-based tracks to get people in the spirit this upcoming Chinese New Year, celebrated on 31 January.

Moving away from all things Snake in 2013, this year will see us honouring our four-legged friend – and Spotify is helping people get in the festive mood by supplying the perfect playlist to bring in the Chinese New Year.

The 33-track playlist spans all genres, from Ginuwine’s R&B hit Pony to KT Tunstall’s galloping Black Horse and the Cherry Tree – guaranteeing a playlist that is sure to leave you hoarse for 1 February.
