FIFA World Cup fever kicks off with Sony’s “We Are One”

Sony unveils details for once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™
 
Kuala Lumpur, 23 January 2014 – Sony Mobile Communications, an official FIFA World Cup™ partner, today kicked off the pan-regional “We Are One” campaign signaling the start of six months of celebrations. The campaign begins with a video submission contest where one lucky fan will get to experience the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ on an all-expenses paid trip.

Starting January 20, 2014, fans from all over the region can submit videos by putting their creative hats to good use and show the world their passion for the sport. Simply assemble your own fan club and sport your team colours; sing, dance, jump, move and shout and give your best for the video! The top 10 videos from each participating market will be picked for public voting to determine a national winner followed by a final round of voting where a regional winner will emerge and walk away with an all-expenses paid trip to Sao Paolo, Brazil and experience the 2014 FIFA World Cup™.

Submissions for the We Are One video contest open on January 22, 2014 and will close February 24, 2014.
