KUALA LUMPUR, October 19th, 2007 - IFCA MSC Bhd, a leading Malaysian software vendor has today signed an agreement with TA Properties Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of TA Enterprise Berhad to provide Malaysia's very first fully integrated portal-based business management solution for property companies. The IFCA Software for Property Companies which is built on the latest Microsoft .NET platform is aimed at empowering property companies to connect and collaborate with their entire business/supply chain and customers via a single dynamic web interface.

The agreement was signed by Mr Ian Jeremy Jones, Executive Director on behalf of IFCA MSC while TA Properties was represented by Datin Alicia Tiah, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the holding company, TA Enterprise Berhad.

IFCA Software for Property Companies provides the convenience and flexibility to access to both real-time applications and data thus helping organizations create an optimized workflow environment that improves operational efficiency and profitability by increasing communication effectively with current and potential customers and suppliers.
