Epicor與Tele Dynanics合作進軍中小企業市場

Epicor®, Tele Dynamics Solutions Eyeing Malaysian Manufacturers

KUALA LUMPUR, 26 Feb 2008 — Epicor Software, a leading provider of enterprise business software solutions for the midmarket and divisions of Global 1000 companies, is eyeing the Malaysian manufacturing sector through its partnership with Tele Dynamics Solutions.
“Epicor and Tele Dynamics Solutions are targeting to garner at least five new customers for 2008 in our joint sales effort in Malaysia following a year-long partnership,” said Bryan Tan, Vice President of Sales, Asia, for Epicor.

Epicor Software (Asia) appointed Tele Dynamics Solutions as its partner in February last year, with Tele Dynamics’ role as a value-added reseller in the Malaysian market.

Tan added Epicor prides itself as a global leader dedicated to providing integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain management (SCM) software solutions to midmarket companies, hence the vital importance of appointing the right partners to penetrate the local market.

“Tele Dynamics Solutions has a strong presence in the manufacturing sector and it has the facility to provide all the services to the end users. Moreover, the Tele Dynamics brand name is well-known and it sells,” said Tan.

Tan added that Epicor’s strength also lies in the retail industry besides having a strong presence in the manufacturing industry and shared Epicor’s plan to aggressively push its retail solutions this year and possibly exploring expanding the partnership with Tele Dynamics to the retail sector.

“Tele Dynamics Solutions entered into the partnership as Epicor is a global product with worldwide users. On top of that, Tele Dynamics Solutions acknowledged Epicor’s strength in providing solutions to the manufacturing industry, especially through its product, Epicor Vantage, which meets the needs of Tele Dynamics’ clients, especially in the manufacturing sector.

“Epicor Vantage fits well into the manufacturing industry, which is also the core strength of Tele Dynamics Solutions. In order for Tele Dynamics Solutions to provide a total business solution, not only to provide the inventory or warehouse management or auto-ID solution or mobility application, we want to provide the back end ERP System. That is where we tie up with Epicor,” said K.C. Lai, Senior Manager for Tele Dynamics Solutions Sdn Bhd.

The global support provided by Epicor that extends to the pre and post sales support is another criteria that Tele Dynamics look for in a partner in its commitment to optimize the achievement of customer satisfaction, added Lai.
