HTC Care Authorized now opens in Penang, Malaysia

First HTC Care Authorized to offer service support and showcase latest products

PULAU PINANG, 14 October 2008 – HTC Corporation, a global leader in mobile phone innovation and design, today announced the opening of new HTC authorized service centre in Penang, Malaysia. Focused on providing a wide range of customer-focused after-sales services, HTC Care Authorised offers customer technical support, user training programs and a full device showcase of HTC’s latest innovations.

The HTC Care Authorized has a team of professional consultants and technicians dedicated to providing an entire suite of after-sales services including on-site technical consultation, testing and repairs to customers. Customers who wish to optimize and enhance the performance of their HTC devices can bring them to HTC Care Authorized where they will receive on-site diagnostic testing to determine the duration required for repairs. Uncomplicated repairs can be rectified within three working days while more complex cases may need a longer time. A speedy turn-around time is guaranteed for all service repairs conducted at HTC Care Authorized.
The HTC Care Authorized will also extend all regular HTC services to all existing customers from Dopod International under the previous original manufacturer’s warranty agreement.
