1,000 DiGizens on a switch-to-DiGi-mission

Employees hit the streets to switch people to DiGi

KUALA LUMPUR, 18 November 2008: DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd ("DiGi")mobilised almost 1,000 of its employees to the streets in the Klang Valleywith a mission to switch as many people as possible to DiGi.

This on-ground exercise is the first-of-its-kind in Malaysia that saw themajority of DiGi employees canvassing at six main commercial areas in theKlang Valley. The employees informed people about the easy process ofswitching their mobile service providers in the Mobile Number Portability(MNP) environment while still keeping their phone numbers.

DiGi's 1-Low-Flat-Rate was the best selling point during the mission, asemployees, dressed in yellow, went around town approaching pedestrians,informing them about the many benefits of switching to DiGi.
