HP Personal Systems Group Recognized for Excellence in Service Operations for the Second Year in Asia Pacific and Japan

HP Personal Systems Group (PSG) Asia Pacific and Japan has been certified for Excellence in Service Operations by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) for the second year in a row for its commercial PC portfolio.

HP received this recognition for providing superior technical support and service operations for its business notebook and desktop PCs in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). HP is the only PC manufacturer in the region to be TSIA Excellence in Service Operations certified for two consecutive years.

This year’s surveillance audit was conducted remotely and targeted a set of criteria within HP’s Core, Assisted Support and Depot Repair operational practices. The surveillance audit process was conducted by seasoned service executives with more than 20 years of experience. Several of HP’s practices received special recognition from the auditors.

“HP remains committed to delivering world class service to its customers and to improving its product quality,” said Karthikeyan Srinivasan, Vice President, Customer Experience & Warranty Services, HP Personal Systems Group, Asia Pacific and Japan. “This is a testimony of our continued commitment to putting customers first, and to sustaining and improving product quality and service excellence.”

“As the only PC business in the region to achieve TSIA ESO certification two consecutive years, HP is to be commended for its ongoing commitment to support for its commercial customers in Asia Pacific and Japan”, added Joanne Weigel, Senior Director, Technology Services Industry Association.
