DiGi sells iPhone 4S round-the-clock via online and off-line channels

Innovative, 24 hours and multiple sales touch-points improve customer experience

PETALING JAYA, 16 December 2011 – Today, DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (“DiGi”) started delivering the first batch of iPhone 4S to the door steps of customers who pre-ordered via DiGi Store Online. Walk-in customers at DiGi’s flagship store, SoHoKL, are also among the first customers to purchase the device when sale started at 12 am.
Taking Customer Service to the next level. Ramesh Rajandran, Head of e-Business in DiGi hand delivers the first iPhone 4S to Chin Chee Min, the first online DiGi customer to sign up for the iPhone 4S package.

Chin Chee Min (陈志民), became the first DiGi customer to receive his online purchase of the 32GB Black iPhone 4S. A long-term customer, he managed to submit his pre-order within four (4) minutes of the website going live on Sunday, 11 December.

For Hiew Chin Fe (丘俊辉), he opted for the midnight sale at the SoHoKL outlet and walked away with his 32GB White iPhone 4S within 20 minutes.

DiGi is offering the most number of sales touch-points available for customers to sign up for the most affordable iPhone packages in the market. Customers can walk into any of the 160 participating DiGi Outlets nationwide to make their purchases. The SoHoKL store in Solaris Mont Kiara is also open for 48 hours from 16 Dec (12.00 am) - 17 Dec (11.59 pm) to cater to die-hard fans of the device.

DiGi Store Online is a secure and hassle-free online option that provides home deliveries of device purchases with the SIM card fully activated.
