VADS certified as Cisco’s first Managed Services Master Channel Partner Worldwide in Malaysia

VADS Berhad (VADS), the Information Communication Technology (ICT)/Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) arm of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), became the first Malaysian ICT company to be certified with the Managed Services Master Channel Partner Worldwide (MS-Master) certification by networking specialist and VADS’ technology partner, Cisco Systems Inc. The Cisco MS-Master Certification is awarded to Cisco’s partners who sell and deliver Cisco-based managed services through a premium network operations center (NOC) investment, and offer enhanced management and stewardship practices.
