High-Speed Scanning for More Efficient Document Handling
The new models have been enhanced to provide more efficient and robust scanning for users. The imageFORMULA DR-G1100 and DR-G1130 boast superb scanning speeds of up to 75 and 100 pages per minute respectively. Legal and financial organisations that are required to process large volumes of documents daily will benefit greatly from the scanners’ 500-sheet automatic document feeder which allows for quick processing of larger volumes of documents in a single operation.

New Robust Design for Increased Handling Capabilities 
The sturdy imageFORMULA DR-G1100 and DR-G1130 have been designed with speed and convenience in mind, incorporating higher durability feed rollers that can provide scans of up to 450,000 sheets before needing replacement. Efficient performance of the scanners is supported by a dedicated processing chip that helps maintain full-rated scanning speeds, even when multiple image processing functions are selected.

The imageFORMULA DR-G1100 and DR-G1130 are equipped to meet the needs of organisations that need to accurately process a wider range of document types, such as government agencies and electoral boards who process balloting slips and forms. The new flat paper feeding path allows scanning of ultra-thin paper (20gsm) to thick card (255gsm) and prevents damage to paper during the feeding process, especially for ultra-thin paper.

The versatile feeding mechanism has three feeding modes, allowing for uninterrupted and smooth scanning of batches consisting of various document types. For enhanced dependability, staple detection sensors are also incorporated to help prevent any damage to documents, while a continuous manual feeding mode ensures smooth scanning by enabling convenient controlled feeding when handling difficult documents.

For further ease-of-use, the new devices feature front feeding and U-turn path for convenient operation while seated. Combined with the positioning of the control panel, the ergonomic design allows for comfortable load, feeding and removal of documents from the same seated position – maximising job productivity and minimising employee fatigue.

Intelligent Image Processing for Higher Quality Output
The imageFORMULA DR-G1100 and DR-G1130 offer high-quality image processing features, including character emphasis for improved OCR recognition, and multi-stream output for dual output format processing. The scanners also have a range of optional features including a post-imprinter, barcode module and patch code decoder for additional control and automation.
