Everyone Is A Winner for the “Be Lucky with HP” Programme
MALAYSIA, Kuala Lumpur, 26 June 2007 – Hewlett-Packard (M) Sdn Bhd recently presented prizes worth more than RM600,000 to its resellers, all of whom took part in the “Be Lucky with HP” incentive programme at Carcosa Sri Negara. The unique programme was organized to recognise the hard work and excellent achievements of HP’s wide network of resellers of HP genuine supplies.
A total number of 222 resellers participated in the programme. Exciting prizes included a Nissan Vanette, Yamaha Nouvo Motorcycle, HP notebooks, printers, iPAQs, Tag Heuer watches, Sony digital camera, OSIM iSqueeze massage gadgets, Nokia handphones and others.
“Thanking all of our resellers, and not just a select few, is our special way of saying thank you for all the hard work,” said Yan Yoke Ping, Country General Manager, Hewlett-Packard (M) Sdn Bhd. “On behalf of HP we would like to thank every one of them for their fantastic support, and I’d also like to wish them well in their future success, which has proven to be beneficial to HP’s continued growth,” he added.
The programme was open to all HP resellers and the only requirement was the purchase of genuine HP supplies from authorized wholesalers. Every genuine HP supplies purchased is tagged with “lucky ink/toner points”. Accumulation of 100 lucky ink/toner points will entitle the reseller to one lucky draw.
The lucky prizes were kept mysterious to make it more suspenseful. The night was made even more exciting when the lucky winners were offered cash deal up to RM25,000 in exchange of their mystery prize ala ‘Deal Or No Deal’ game show. None of the winners opted for the cash, as they preferred the various exciting items.
