Kuala Lumpur, 10 August 2007 – Come Sept 20th, Malaysia’s biggest consumer retail centre for Apple products will open its doors at Kuala Lumpur’s newest shopping haven, The Pavilion.
It will be managed by EpiCentre, the 1st Apple Premium Reseller in Asia, who also manages the best Apple lifestyle stores in Asia. EpiCentre offers the most comprehensive, latest and widest range of Apple products and Apple compatible accessories. More than that, EpiCentre offers a one-stop Apple digital lifestyle shopping experience that provides a seamless, hands-on experience with all things Apple.
EpiCentre’s new store brings a novel way of shopping; a customer can experience a holistic end-to-end experience that will bring one from understanding the products to after sales support.
With a retail space of 3300 sq feet and designed with a fascinating concept that is inspired by an appointed Apple’s designer from Hong Kong, EpiCentre at the Pavilion will bring a new era of computer retailing that will feature an open and unobtrusive shopping feel. This concept is inspired from 3 main objectives; namely, the product is the “HERO” of the store, less is more, and the customer is the king.

These solution displays for music, photography and film editing will help customers understand the ease of using a Mac and how the combination of Apple products with third party accessories and applications can be seamlessly integrated into a complete solution to suit the customers’ lifestyle.
To complete the shopping experience, EpiCentre has incorporated additional value added services like iConcierge (Customer Service Centre), to assist customers in pre and post sales enquiries. More than just a mere customer service counter, other services offered include:
