The imageCLASS D1150 comes with an advanced high-speed print engine and is currently the most compact device in its class and the perfect option for space-conscious SMEs.

Helping SMEs Go Green the Canon Way The printing speed of Canon’s imageCLASS D1150 is greatly enhanced by Canon’s innovative Ultra Fast Rendering II (UFRII) printing technology. Besides possessing a First Copy Out Time (FCOT) in approximately 8 seconds, the printer also offers quick recovery and warm up time as well as the lowest power consumption at sleep mode of approximately 3 watts, which is 75% lower than ordinary laser printers. The Canon imageCLASS D1150 also has an Energy Saver button for instant switch to power save mode.

In addition, The Canon imageCLASS D1150 has met the criteria of Energy Star® Typical Electricity Consumption (TEC) by consuming a total of 1.32 kilowatt hours / week of electricity, which is more than 4 times lower than other comparable models in the marketplace.

Canon’s new model is built for high efficiency but at the same time is sensitive towards conserving the environment.

Robustness in a Compact Package
In addition to the 50-sheet Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), the Canon imageCLASS D1150 also comes with a standard paper capacity of 500-sheet cassette which can be further upgraded to a 1000-sheet capacity. For various sizes and media types, there is a Multipurpose Tray which could feed up to 50-sheet at a time (or 5 pieces of envelope at any one time).

The Canon imageCLASS D1150 offers hassle free all-in-one cartridge system, where users can be assured of 100% renewal of toner and drum quality output and operation at every cartridge replacement.

Fax and Receive Documents with Ease and Speed
The imageCLASS D1150’s Super G3 Fax modem helps transmit faxes at a speed of 3 seconds per page, thereby reducing the cost of phone bills. Incoming faxes can also be stored in the fax memory (up to 512 pages) when the machine is out of paper or toner.

A Focus on Choice
The Canon imageCLASS D1150 is compatible with Windows ® 2000, XP, 2003 Server, 2008 Server and Vista. To enable higher usability, the imageCLASS D1150 also supports MAC OS X users as well as LINUX OS various versions. Both MAC OS X Driver and Linux OS Driver will be available in the third quarter of this year from Canon’s website.
