NetApp Appoints Low Kai Chin as District Manager for Malaysia and Brunei

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Nov. 14, 2013. NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) officially announced today the appointment of Low Kai Chin, District Manager for NetApp Malaysia and Brunei. Mr Low will lead the company's strategic planning, business development, marketing, and operations activities in both countries, reporting directly to Scott Morris, Vice President and General Manager, NetApp ASEAN.

As the business leader for NetApp in Malaysia, Mr Low will look to maintain and grow the current NetApp business in the country, and strengthen and improve the quality of service offered by NetApp and its partners to customers.

A veteran of 22 years in the IT industry, Mr Low who is a Singapore national, last held the position of Global Vice President, Learning and Development with Schneider Electric prior to joining NetApp. Before that, Mr Low oversaw operations of APC, a division of Schneider Electric, in Malaysia, Brunei and Thailand, as Business Vice President.
