TM continues to accelerate the adoption of ICT solutions via its annual showcase
Kuala Lumpur. 9 April 2014. Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) today officially launched its third edition of SME BizFest 2014 at Pietro Restaurant, Damansara Height, Kuala Lumpur. This one (1) day event is targeted at the mass SME customers consisting of Micro and Small businesses including those who are operating their business from home.
SME BizFest 2014 will feature business conference, knowledge sharing, exhibition as well as networking sessions. It will provide the right platform for SMEs to acquire business tips shared by great speakers and they have the opportunity to experience the latest ICT solutions exhibit by the participating partners during the event. There will be four (4) essential business topics covered in the business conference which include Motivational, ICT & Your Business, Financial Aids and E-commerce Success Stories to empower participant’s knowledge.
Commenting on the event, Azizi A Hadi Executive Vice President, SME, TM shared, “We indeed very happy to once again organise this annual event, specifically tailored to the business requirements of Malaysian SMEs. Based on the encouraging feedback and responses received from the previous editions, this year, we are bringing new ideas and exciting activities with an extended four (4) locations, as compared to only three (3) locations last year. In line with this year’s theme of “Innovate To Dominate”, our focus is to continue accelerating the ICT adoption amongst the SMEs.”

Azizi continued, “Understanding the needs and challenges faced by the SMEs, TM puts forth four (4) focus themes for this year’s event, designed to help the SMEs, in getting more business and customers. The 4 focus themes are:
a) Market Reach essentially helps the SMEs to reach out and acquire thousands of potential customers more efficiently.
b) Communication Reach enables the SMEs to connect with business partners while at the same time enjoying great savings on both local and international calls and also fax services.
c) Office Solutions are designed to provide SMEs with good platform to do business anywhere and anytime via cloud applications and services.
d) Customer Experience is where SMEs can provide an excellent experience to their customers by entertaining them with HyppTV content, music streaming, HyppMe and WiFi connection.
