P1 Boosts the SOHO and SME Industry with “Money Back Guarantee” ForBiz Plan

Petaling Jaya, 15th February 2012 – P1 launches the “Money Back Guarantee” ForBiz Plan for SOHO and SME customers with value for money offerings and great promotion of 50% discount on monthly commitment fee!

The P1 ForBiz is a very competitive package offering integrated broadband and voice services to the SOHO and SME market. With one subscription, customers will get to enjoy both Business Broadband and Voice services from as low as RM 99 per month, or choose from a range of RM 149 to RM 199 to best suit their business needs. All plans come with fast 4G speeds of up to 5Mbps for broadband and free bundled call minutes of up to 300 minutes per month.

The plan comes with a 30-day “Money Back Guarantee” scheme at launch as a gesture of commitment from P1 to ensure customer satisfaction. This enables customers to experience P1’s enhanced services at “no loss”. A full refund of upfront payment (RM 100) and the prorated and advanced monthly fee of the service will be waived under this scheme. However, if the customer choose to stay on after the first month, a 50% deduction from the commitment fee for the 2nd and 3rd month’s service will be enjoyed by customers. On top of that, a complimentary analog phone will also be given as part of the promotion.

On the Voice services, customers will be able to utilize the FREE call minutes to make calls on fixed line to Australia, Canada, China,Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom and the USA. Additonally calls can also be made to mobile lines in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and USA. The free call minutes can also be used for local fixed and mobile numbers.
