PlayStation®Vita Software “Persona 4 The GOLDEN” will be localized into Traditional Chinese

June 14, 2012 – Sony Computer Entertainment Asia (SCE Asia) today announced the Chinese localization of “Persona 4 The GOLDEN” (Chinese title yet to be determined) (Index Digital Media, Inc.) developed exclusively for PlayStation®Vita.Ever since its debut in 2009, “Persona 4” on PlayStation®2 has not lost an ounce of its popularity. Like a midnight TV program which has been revamped into a primetime hit show, the new Persona 4 is now on new hardware with brand-new elements. “Persona 4 The GOLDEN” is a high school themed RPG, with a story revolving around a mysterious urban legend of a midnight TV program. You will play the role of a high school student who lives in a world that is a mixture of everyday reality and dark fantasy. This is the custom-made RPG experience you’ve always wanted.Together with friends and allies, you will venture inside the TV world in order to solve a mysterious crime. The graphics and sound are both modern and catchy, while the charismatic characters will create an authentic feel of high school life. The series is known for its battle system with “Persona” playing a vital role in every aspect of strategy-making. Now it has been meticulously overhauled, with various other elements, such as daily events, added to broaden the gaming experience. Even those who have played “Persona 4” on PlayStation®2 are in for some new surprises!
