Agreement Brings Most Sought-After Flagship LG Optimus Models to Malaysian Consumers

Kuala Lumpur, 22 May 2013: Brightstar Corporation, the world’s largest wireless distribution company and leader in services for the wireless industry, today announced that LG Electronics Malaysia (LG) has appointed Brightstar Malaysia as its national distributor for selected models from LG’s increasingly advanced Optimus smartphone family.

Effective May 2013, Brightstar Malaysia is distributing the immensely popular LG Optimus G, Optimus L9 and Optimus L5 II devices to all major smartphone retailers in the country. These new models – featuring the latest Android™ operating system and Google™ app functionality – fulfil users’ desire for stylish smartphones that combine outstanding hardware, world-class high definition displays and an engaging yet friendly user-centric user experience (UX), all in a sleek design.

HTC Expands Agreement with Brightstar in Malaysia

MALAYSIA – December 8, 2011 – HTC Corporation, a global leader in mobile innovation and design, today announced that Brightstar Corp will manage open channels distribution for HTC in Malaysia, as part of an expanded distributorship arrangement.
