LG’s Good Gets Better Contest continues; Grand Prize worth RM25,000 still up for grabs

KUALA LUMPUR, 28 December 2011 – This coming New Year and Chinese New Year, LG Electronics Malaysia continues its tradition of offering attractive festive promotions on its latest range of consumer electronics products. On top of that, consumers who make purchases can still participate in the LG Good Gets Better contest and stand the chance to win prizes worth a total of over RM38,000 in the form of LG products.

Through the LG CNY promotion, consumers who are K-Pop fans can enjoy access to 145 free video clips for up to 30 days when they purchase selected models of LG’s CINEMA 3D TVs and Smart TVs. This K-Pop content is available through the latest K-Pop Zone application in LG’s Smart TV function. Content featured include 3D videos of concerts, clips of live concerts, behind the scenes videos and music videos of popular Korean artists and bands such as Rain, Big Bang, Kim Tae Woo, 2NE1, KARA, 4minute and many more.In addition, for purchase of the LG CINEMA 3D TV LW5700 series, LG is offering a free wi-fi dongle and five extra pairs of 3D glasses worth RM328, as well as the option to purchase LG’s HB906TA 3D Blu-ray home theatre system at a discounted rate of RM1,299 (normal retail price: RM1,599). Customers who purchase any of the CINEMA 3D TV LW4500 series will receive five extra pairs of 3D glasses free and the option to purchase LG’s 3D DVD player for RM450 less (normal retail prices: RM899). LG offers the latest in 3D technologies that gives consumers a flicker- free, more comfortable and wider angle 3D viewing experience like no other.

The LG CNY promotion also includes offers on a range of LG home appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators and microwave ovens. For selected models of refrigerators and washing machines, customers will walk away with a free 32” LG LCD TV or receive a rebate of up to RM350. Other bonus goodies include barbeque sets, kitchen utensils and other household goods.

That’s not all. Consumers can still participate in the LG Good Gets Better contest to win fantastic prizes. The Grand Prize comes in a range of LG products worth RM25,000. Items include a unit each of LG’s CINEMA 3D TV, 3D home theatre system, CINEMA 3D monitor, 3D Blu-ray player, Optimus 3D smartphone as well as home appliances from LG’s Green Health Plus range such as the side-by-side refrigerator, 6 Motion front loading washing machine, bagless vacuum cleaner and microwave oven. Consolation prizes include LG’s CINEMA 3D TV, CINEMA 3D monitor, 2-Door refrigerators, 3D Blu-ray home theatre system and top loading washing machine.
