Introducing the first Wi-fi music system from Bose

Bose, retailed by Atlas Hifi Corporation in Malaysia, has introduced its first Wi-Fi music system, offering an entirely new way to listen to music with lifelike clarity in the home. The Bose SoundTouch is the first product offering from Bose which lets you stream music wirelessly in any room with renowned Bose lifelike audio quality and ease-of-use.

The three one-piece systems in the Bose SoundTouch™ family include:

The SoundTouch™ 30 Wi-Fi® system (Retail Price: RM3,990.00) measures approximately 10"H x 17"W x 7 "D.  It features exclusive waveguide technology and a new proprietary woofer to deliver deep, rich sound and the power to serve as a home’s main music system.

The SoundTouch™ 20 Wi-Fi® system (Retail Price: RM2,290.00)  is more compact at about 7"H X 12"W and 4"D.  It offers natural, room-filling sound and can be placed almost anywhere.

The SoundTouch™ Portable Wi-Fi® system (Retail Price: RM2,290.00)  combines full-range audio and a rechargeable, lithium-ion battery in a speaker no bigger than the average book -- about 6"H x 10"W and less than 3"D.  Take it with you in and around the home, and the music keeps playing.

Through the home network, the Bose SoundTouch communicates wirelessly and can be controlled from an app  available on Android, iOS, Mac OS and Windows systems, and can be downloaded and installed on mobile phones, tablets, laptops or desktops.

This allows users to play music from their multiple digital music libraries, and also gives access to a wide range of international Internet radio stations including more of the world’s most popular music services like iHeartradio® and Deezer™, which are due for inclusion in the second half of 2014

If you have an Appl® device and want to listen to iHeartRadio or another music service now, it’s recommended that you use AirPlay®, which is built into this SoundTouch™ system. The app saves up to six different preset channels which can be easily switched with a simple drag-and-drop, and also remembers up to the last 50 searches, in case you didn't save an Internet radio channel and would like to add it to the preset list.

What makes the Bose SoundTouch even cooler is the fact that its interconnectivity with other SoundTouch devices and app control on multiple devices gives powerful capability and control to the users to  - browse and discover content, operate any system in any room wirelessly at different relative or similar volumes, or combine all music services and stations to be heard throughout the home.

For additional flexibility, the Bose SoundTouch™ music systems are also AirPlay enabled, so owners can stream content from their iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch, even without the app, creating a Wi-Fi music experience that match all your needs, great for any room and for all home users.
