U MOBILE INKS STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH SENHENG


Telco Teams Up With Leading Electrical Appliance Retailer for Postpaid Products and Device Distribution

Kuala Lumpur, 16 January 2013 – U Mobile Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s most innovative and dynamic telco, started the New Year with a win-win business collaboration with Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd (Senheng), with the latter providing its entire store network as touch points for U Mobile’s customers.

Through this strategic partnership, U Mobile’s postpaid products and services will now be available in all 102 Senheng outlets and 28 senQ Digital Stations nationwide,  giving U Mobile customers more places to get their hands on the latest devices bundled with U Mobile’s postpaid plans.  Senheng will also handle U Mobile’s device fulfilment, serving the telco’s dealers with the supply of smartphones and other mobile devices.

Jaffa Sany represented U Mobile at a signing ceremony between with Lim Kim Heng, Managing Director of Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd. The ceremony was witnessed by representatives from mobile phone companies and manufacturers including Asus, HTC, LG, Nokia and Sony.
